You have 30 days money back guarantee on your purchases. Except the shipping and handling fee.

 

2. How Do I return my item?
You have 30 day money back guarantee - less shipping and handling fee. After 30 days, we can not refund the money.

Please when you send us the item back to us, please protect the item(s). Damage items can not be refunded. We suggest you use US Priority mail and Priority mail boxes. You can also re use the box. Send us an e-mail prior or right after the return shipment. You can send it to the following address:

3. Is your cz earrings real gold or plated?
All of our cubic zirconia stud earrings are real 14k gold. They are not plated fake gold.

 

4. I have not got my item, when can I get my item?
When you order, we ship your order on next business day. Also USPS's Priority mail usually takes 2 to 3 business days. For example, if you order it on Friday, your package will be mail out on Monday and you should be getting your package by Thursday.

 

5. I have used the USPS's tracking number to track my package on-line but there are no info on my package, what's going on?
United States Postal Service is slow on updating tracking information on-line. Sometime, you get the package first before any tracking information is available on-line.

 

6. Do you do wholesale?
No. We do not.

 

7. My earrings are too big, can I change them to smaller earrings?
No problem. Just e-mail us and let us know. Also put a note into the box and let us know what you want to exchange with.

 

8. I tried to order but it would not work, what's wrong with it?
Sometimes the item(s) is out of stock. Many of our fashion jewelry are unique and may not be re-orderable or re-stockable.

We are unable to ship to p.o. boxes or FPO addresses, and currently do not process international orders.
